Cleaning urine
Your pet urinating on your carpet is a common thing. If not cleaned immediately, the urine can leave a yellow stain on the carpet. You can clean the carpet in the following ways:
* A deep cleaner can be extremely effective in cleaning pet urine. Simply use it as suggested to clean the fibers of the carpet.
* For dry stains, multiple usage of deep cleaners will help. You may even consider using cleaners that have been designed specifically to clean pet mess.
* You can use an enzyme formula for stubborn stains. Simply apply it on the stain and leave it on for 24 to 48 hours. Cover the stain with damp cloth after applying the cleaner.
Vomit if not cleaned effectively can leave permanent odor and stains.
* Use an enzyme based formula to treat the stain. Cover up the stain with a damp towel or cloth. Let the formula stand on the stain for 24 to 48 hours.
* Here again, the use of a deep cleaner would prove to be very helpful. Make sure that you follow the usage instructions of the deep cleaner that you are using.
* There are some foods that contain a dye. These dyed foods can further exacerbate the stains. You will need to use an additional stain remover for this purpose.
